It gives us (and our customers!) those warm fuzzies that make the time and expense worth it. Even when it's pipes hidden in a closet, basement or attic. Or maybe it's just that we popped on a riser for your septic tank lid. When we do our job, we do it right. And it's all the little things that add up to big results.

Dunkirk/ECR Boiler/Hot Water Heater Installed a new heating system. Re-piped the supply and return heaters. Installed a new spiral vent air separator, expansion tank, auto feed with dual check valve, isolation flanges, pumps and purge valves. Elevated the new hot water heater on a concrete block. Piped the supply and return lines in with 1" copper piping.	Plumbing \| Bathroom Remodel Plumbing to second floor for new bathroom. Sink, toilet, tub install.	Mitsubishi Wall Mounted Cooling Units Furnished and installed (4) Mitsubishi 36K BTU wall-mounted cooling units for theater/classroom.
Boiler Replacement Before & After Existing boiler was an old, gravity hot water boiler (no circulator pump) that was converted from coal to gas when it became available in Binghamton. We upgraded the system to a new high efficiency condensing boiler.	Mitubishi Heat Pump System Furnished and installed 30K BTU Mitsubishi system including condenser stand and mount.	Baxi Boiler \| 4-Zone Control A dated standing furnace and hot water boiler was replaced with consolidated 4-zone piping and shutoff valves connected to a new Baxi Luna HT380 condensing gas fired wall mounted combination boiler.
Dunkirk \| Steam Boiler Installation Historic home on Riverside Drive had existing boiler removed, basement dug out, new concrete floor poured and new boiler installed. During the installation we re-piped most of the condensate return and steam supply piping and completely installed new near boiler piping.	Radiant Floor Heating	TEMPSTAR \| Air Conditioning Unit
Horizontal Furnace & Air Conditioner Installed in a garage over a workbench. TEMPSTAR 95% AFUE two stage gas fired furnace with a 5” air cleaner.
