Can I schedule an appointment online?Not at this time, but you can get the ball rolling online. Just fill out this contact us form. We want to be as efficient as possible, so we rely on centralized scheduling. By giving us as much known information up front (what kind of service do you need, what are the issues, what times are most convenient for you, etc.), we can fit you with the best technician for your job.

Where is your office?BODEK INC. is located near Green Bros. Apple Hills. (Apple trees surround our property.) Dimmock Hill Golf Course is just up the hill. Our mailing address is 195 Brooks Road, Binghamton, NY 13905.

What are your office hours?Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. While the office is closed for major holidays, we're available to you for emergency service 24/7.

Do you do that thing?We do it all! OK, maybe not all of it, but certainly a lot. Our main service disciplines are plumbing, heating, air conditioning and septic. But we also have portable toilets available for rental, and we offer snowbird services. When in doubt, just ask. Chances are if it's not something we can do, then we know someone who can.

What are your service areas?Our service locations include, but are not limited to, Binghamton, Chenango Bridge, Chenango Forks, Port Crane, Endicott, Endwell, Vestal, Johnson City, Owego, Apalachin, Newark Valley, Norwich, Cortland and beyond. Additional travel fees may apply.

What payment types do you accept?We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. Payment is due at time of service and can be made with your on-call technician.
